Australian LightWing are the Australian Agent for the Italian Engine: "Metal Work"
With a horse power ranging from 80hp to 130hp, the 'Metal Work' Gear Drive engines promise a substancial technological improvement over the current range.
This aircraft is available complete with your choice of VH or registration in the LSA category. The custom built SP-2000 Range has been designed to compete head to head with imported 2 and 4 seat fully built and kit aircraft; the difference being that the SPEED Range is 100% AUSTRALIAN MADE, with AUSTRALIAN BACKUP, and SPARE PARTS. What the others regard as extras - we fit standard!
Flight Handling
Flight handling is by far the most important aspect of a safe aircraft and it's here that our aircraft excel. From the docile 40kts full flap stall to a comfortable 120kts cruise, the SP-2000 offers light controls combined with fully adjustable seats and pedals to suit all pilots, tall or short.
Safety
Sure, sitting under a glass bubble canopy can offer a great view of the sky but when push comes to shove, nothing will protect you and your co-pilot like our safety frame. Don't you owe your flying companion this level of safety and protection?
