When we started the SPEED project we initially wanted to fit a Subaru engine and so we developed the quad cam EJ-22 turbocharged engine to the point where it ran and all fitted, we didnt fly the aircraft but the engine runs well. We still have the engine and a 3 blade IVO adjustable prop. The engine has an ALW gear reduction designed by LightWing. |

It must be pointed out that this was a one-off project, spare parts can be obtained from Subaru and we carry spares for the engine mount and gear reduction, the Ivo prop is industry standard, Suparmarine fit them to the 90% scale Spitfire. |

| With this aircraft, we can fit our all metal GR- strut braced high wing (area 165 sq ft 2 struts per side). These wings will ideally suit a float plane being a similar section and shape to that used by the Maul Rocket. These are all available as a kit. |

A 2 seat LSA aircraft will be powered by the Rotax 914, the Subaru engine places the aircraft outside the LSA weight limits. |

Float kit with manual retract wheels, legs, ss x-brace wires, hydraulic disk brakes, retrtact water rudders, self steering nosewheels. plywood decks ( will look great polished) GRP quad tunnel hulls with 6 water tight compartments per float, 15" diameter main wheels and 10" nosewheels, price between $17,000 and $25,000 This is an estimate as it will depend on how much you want us to build, for the base price, for low maintenance, most undercart components will be stainless steel or ally except the disk brakes and all welding will be complete. Brakes are Matco. |

The kit price includes in-flight adjustable brake pedals pilot side only and adjustable seats, pilots seat folds forward for rear compartment access. Add $495 for toe brakes to passenger seat rudder pedals. |

This will be a brilliant aircraft with outstanding performance, I dont believe there will be many other manufacturers in the world that can offer this aircraft at this price along with Aussie backup service and advice to go with the package, please advise ASAP if you want to proceed.
