| 1. What does the Australian LightWing Flight Training Package, valued at $3800 involve/include? |
Our Training Package offers Flight Training for the mimimum amount of hours required to achieve your Recreational Aviation Australia Accredited Certificate- 20 Hours of Training. You will also recieve a Pilot's Log Book, a Lightwing Hat and Pilot Sunnies for your hours to come up in the air! |
| 2. How much are your Training and Introductory Flights? |
| Training Flights Start at $125 per Hour and Introductory Training Flights are $89 for Approx 20-30mins |
| 3. Whats the best time to book a flight to learn to fly or for an Introductory Training Flight? |
| In the morning is generally the best time to fly as the wind may not have picked up and the air is calm over the ocean. Anytime from 6am to 11am will offer you a wonderful view of our amazing coastline! |

| 1. How do you get it to work- do i need anything special on my computer??? |
| YES your PC must have an audio card an be running Windows 98,NT, 2000 or XP. look at the back of the PC there should be 3 small outlets red, blue and green. you connect the Oz On Hold cable to the green outlet(playbacK) and the other end to your phone system's LIU(line isolator unit) or Music On Hold Plug. |
| 2. I do want a message on hold, but i'm a very busy person- i don't have time to script a message, can you help? |
| We are always happy to write a scripted message for you from your website, promotional brochures or even a quick converation with you or a staff member. We can have your message recorded before the day is out and you can listen to a sample of the message over the phone. this way- we can have your message on your own phone within a day or two. |
| 3. How much is Oz On Hold and How much is it to update when my business circumstances change? |
| A customized Oz On Hold messaging system will cost $399, with updates costing $155 . You can also get a generic Ozon hold messaging system for as little as $75 |
| 4. How long can my message be? |
| Your Oz On Hold Message can be anywhere from 1 minute to 4 minutes long. |

| PC&P operates on any windows PC running 98, 2000, NT or 2000 |

The Cunning Cat is Specifically designed for entertaining and enjoying the water. The entire back 'verandah' of the Cat can open out so people enjoying the couch style furniture inside and can still enjoy the waterways outside. Access to the water is extremely easy via two steps out of the rear of the hulls to the waterline. The Trampoline is also very inviting to lazing about. the sails offer shade from the sun and the silent transportation of your craft. The Cat is also designed for easy sailing for only a few people to operate. This means you can be entertaining and not making your guests pull the mainsail up or winch in the anchor. Just sit back and relax with a cool drink. |

| 1. Tell me about your printing services- do you work from Apple and PC and What are your prices? |
We offer a double sided A3 laser printer service (in small and bulk numbers) as well as cd label printing (in small numbers). Hughes Group works from the Apple and PC Platform, so bring in or email your requirements and we can have them ready for you in no time. Our prices vary due to numbers and printing requirements (e.g. black and white, or full colour double sided etc), but here is a general idea of our costs |
| 2. How quickly can you get a part to me when i need it? |
| If we have the part on the shelf, we can ship it to you overnight or asap. If we do not have it in stock, we will and do work overtime to get it to you asap. |
| 3. Do you do custom jobs? Such painting, welding, construction and design help |
| We are always doing little jobs, so why not ask us about your specific job? From the welding bay to the fibreglass room to the paint shed, parhaps we can solve that problem for you! |
| 4. What are your hours of opening? |
| Our Business Hours are from 7.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday and we are always available after hours to offer you help or advice. |
